Shipping policy

Local Delivery: We currently only offer local limited delivery within select zip codes of Santa Clara County on indicated days and time-slots. Delivery fees and availability will be shown at checkout. Local delivery options are subject to change.

Pick-Up: Pick-up options will soon be available with instructions (time and location) provided after checkout.

Processing Times: Orders are handmade in small batches, please allow 2-3 days of processing time.

Pre-orders: Please allow up to 6 weeks for pre-orders to be fulfilled while we finalize access to our commercial kitchen.

Missed Deliveries: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details and being available to receive orders at the agreed time.
