Refund policy

Because our pastries and drinks are perishable, we do not accept returns. However:

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email us at hello@lawzabakery.com upon receiving the delivery with photos, and we will make it right (replacement or refund).

Pre-orders are guaranteed to be fulfilled within 6 weeks. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Non-perishable items (like merchandise, if offered) may be eligible for return within 14 days.
